More Whole Facility rental information

This climate controlled facility contains a full service kitchen , 30 feet of granite topped bars, 10 customer tables with 40 chairs, a sound system, and houses over 600 bottles of Byrd Cellars wine. Two staff members will serve beverages as well as see to your every need.

500 square feet of patio most is under cover or the roof can be set to allow the sun shine in!  The patio contains room for 50 people with tables and chairs.  Relax here and watch the summer hummingbirds or our wintering birds.

800 square foot covered pergola

Large 20 square foot stone fire pit comes with 4 bench seats surrounding the pit. Enough seating for 24.  Firewood setup is also available as well as tiki torches.
