More Whole Facility rental information

This climate controlled facility contains a full service kitchen , 30 feet of granite topped bars, 10 customer tables with 40 chairs, a sound system, and houses over 600 bottles of Byrd Cellars wine. Two staff members will serve beverages as well as see to your every need.

This 800 square foot party tent is anchored to a concrete patio base.  Between 10 to 13 foot ceiling and 10 tables with 40 chairs.  Lighting, sound, and a dance floor are available as well as wedding entrance ropes.  This party tent can be completely enclosed as well for inclement weather.

Large 20 square foot stone fire pit comes with 4 bench seats surrounding the pit. Enough seating for 24.  Firewood setup is also available as well as tiki torches.
